Create an eFile user account or continue as a guest.

Having an eFile user account allows your progress on the application to be automatically saved so you can finish the application at a later time or return to make changes if necessary.

Logging in as a guest still requires an email address for communication regarding the status of the application.  However, the application must be filled out in one uninterrupted session.  And if changes are necessary, a new application must be filled out.

Click “Register/Create Account” below to create a new user account or click “User Login” to login using your user account or as a guest.

Only submit ONE application for your property.  There is room for multiple applicants on the application.

Please have the following information available for all applicants:

• Florida Driver's License or ID card reflecting homestead address
• Florida vehicle tag number and/or voter registration reflecting homestead address
• Social Security number, Date of Birth, Date of Occupancy, Marital Status, and Phone number

NOTE: Disclosure of your social security number is mandatory and confidential. It is required by section 196.011(1), Florida Statutes. The social security number will be used to verify taxpayer identity information and homestead exemption information submitted to property appraisers.
